In order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible our property is furnished to a very high standard. You will find all you need to make your stay relaxing and secure, leaving you free to explore the surrounding area. Recently restored, private attached 2 storey villa on a large gated estate, the largest part of a detached farmhouse. Designed for discerning adult guests. Stylishly furnished with Provencal antiques in period surroundings. Set in 2 acres of landscaped garden, very private and tranquil. The villa is just outside Maillane and is surrounded by orchards. The farmhouse has been restored for our personal use so great care has been taken with choice of accessories. All beds, curtains, linens and appliances are new. Every Saturday the house is cleaned and the linen and towels changed. Other facilities include: Hob oven, fridge/freezer microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, tv, dvd, stereo cd, telephone, central heating, room fans, barbecue private pool (for sole use of guests). The house is the largest part of a detached farmhouse and is very private with 300m2 terrace. The property is surrounded by a 20ft blue spruce hedge in a park like setting and is cool in the summer due to a 70ft cypress tree. The private swimming pool has steps (10.5m x 5m).
